Your store credit will automatically appear at checkout when you're logged into your account. Simply apply it to your order before completing your purchase.

In Our Brick & Mortar Store

Let our staff know you'd like to use your store credit at checkout. We'll look up your account and apply your available credit to your purchase.

Important: Account Merging

Not seeing your store credit online? We may need to merge your accounts.

When we transitioned some customer accounts from Bona Fide they were imported with separate email addresses and phone numbers. If you've shopped with us both in-store and online, or if you've used different contact information, your store credit may be associated with a different account.

How to Merge Your Accounts

Please contact us with the following information:

  • All email addresses you may have used
  • All phone numbers associated with your purchases
  • Your name as it appears on your account(s)

We'll merge your accounts so all your store credit and purchase history are in one place.
