Frequently Asked Questions About Returns

How do I start a return?

Click on the Returns link in our footer or visit your customer account to submit a return request. You'll need to log in with your email address and a verification code that will be sent to you.

What can I return?

You can return most items that are in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to submit a return request. Returns can only be requested for orders that have been fulfilled or partially fulfilled.

What's the return process?

1. Submit a return request through your customer account
2. We'll review your request and send you a return shipping label
3. Package your items securely and attach the return label
4. Drop off your package at the designated shipping location
5. Once we receive and inspect your items, we'll process your refund

How long does it take to get my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Who pays for return shipping?

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Currently, we process returns for refunds. If you'd like a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our customer service. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
