Most orders will be ready for pickup within 2 hours of store opening. (See store hours)

Orders selected for in-store pickup must be collected within 5 calendar days of receiving your “Ready for Pickup” notification.

Please wait until you receive a notification confirming that your order is ready before coming to the store.

If you’re unable to pick up your order within the 5-day window, please contact us before the pickup deadline. We’re happy to make reasonable arrangements when possible.

Orders not picked up within 5 days, and for which no alternate arrangements have been made, may be canceled and returned to inventory. Any refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable non-refundable fees or charges.

Please bring your order confirmation or the name used to place the order when picking up.
