Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

• FREE SHIPPING. We offer free ground shipping on all orders if you choose the Slow shipping method, that way we can choose the most cost effective method that's also the most sustainable for your order. (5-10 business days)
• Faster Shipping. $9.99. for Standard Shipping at 2-5 business days. 
• Express Shipping  $15.99 for Express Shipping at 1-2 business days. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier delays.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at hello@slowly.store, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
