Returns are simple: reuse the packaging, apply the included label, and drop off or schedule a pickup. Please return your items on time to avoid late fees. No need to clean—just send it back in good condition.

Nope! We professionally clean and sanitize everything. Just send your items back worn but not damaged, and we’ll handle the rest.

Minor wear is covered. For major damage or loss, a fee may apply. For extra peace of mind, you can add Rental Protection at checkout.

Yes! Some items—especially vintage or archive pieces—are available to purchase. Members receive exclusive discounts if they decide to keep something they love.
